We're proud to announce that Just In Time Marine Solutions Ltda (JIMS Ocean) has been officially registered with Brazil's Receita Federal and is now active under Brazilian law as a Sociedade Empresária Limitada (EPP).

Headquartered in Praia Campista, Macaé — Brazil's historic oil and gas hub — JIMS Ocean brings two decades of offshore engineering, energy transmission systems, and digital analytics experience to independent operators and service providers in Brazil's oil and gas sector.

Viability Approved — One Step Ahead in JUCERJ Registration

JIMS Ocean has received approval of the Viability Request for first establishment registration with the Board of Trade of the State of Rio de Janeiro (JUCERJ). This milestone confirms the commercial registration viability and opens the path for the next steps in formalising the company in Brazil.
